Who Can Apply?

An Indian Citizen or Migrated Persons from neighbouring countries can apply the SBI PO 2017 Exam. For the Migrated Persons there will some certain conditions which provided at Official Website.

Age limit for the Candidate:

Min. Age: 21 years
Max. Age: 30 years

Age limit relaxation for the reserved candidates:

Category and Age Relaxation

SC/ST-Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
OBC-Other Backward Classes – 3 years
PWD-Persons With Disabilities – 10 years
Ex-Servicemen/ECOs/SSCOs. – 5 years
Persons ordinarily domiciled in J & K state – 5 years
Persons affected by 1984 riots – 5 years

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate/Degree in any stream from any Govt Recognised University can apply for the exam.
In the certain conditions those who are appearing their graduation in the final semester or final year can apply for this exam. But they have to produce the valid Course Completion Certificate or Marksheet provided by their respective University at the time of the final interview.

The Recruitment Process for joining SBI as a Probationary Officer involves a 3 Tier Selection Process.
1. Preliminary Written Examination (Objective)
2. Mains Written Examination (Objective & Descriptive)
3. Group Discussion and Interview
